Set within a spacious park on the outskirts of the city of Malmö in the south of Sweden, the luxury residential complex Victoria Park is taking shape. The complex targeted to financially strong senior citizens comprises 395 flats and apartments plus service buildings and community amenities. PCI special products for the tiling sector contribute to the premium equipment of this luxury resort.

The centre of the complex is formed by Victoria Hall, a stately flat-roofed building designed in 1977 by architect Sten Samuelsson and shaped by Swedish artist Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd. This building serves as a base on top of which three others have been erected each of them five storeys. Four residential buildings stand on the east side of the park and more are in process of planning. The luxury complex with a total investment of around 175 million euros offers its residents a highly comfortable living with access to exclusive facilities like cinema, restaurant, wine tavern, delicatessen shop, wellness area, gym, tennis courts and an 800 sqm golf course.

The established PCI product solutions have been used for the equipment of bathrooms, kitchens and all apartments: All tiling has been done with the multi use flexible tile adhesive PCI Nanolight and PCI Nanofug, the universal flexible joint grout, has been used for all joint sealing. The use of PCI Lastogum guarantees a watertight sub-floor under the tiling. PCI Wadian serves as a special priming coat and moisture barrier. PCI products have also been used for the restaurant kitchens and the wellness area of the main building Victoria Hall.
