PCI Nanolight® White
Multi-use white flexible adhesive
for all kinds of substrates and all ceramic coverings
Areas of application
- For indoor and outdoor use.
- For walls and floors.
- Color white.
- For all substrates: cement screed, rough-ground anhydrite screed, gypsum-based floated screed, concrete, aerated concrete, heated screed, plasterboard, gypsum fiberboard, magnesite screed, mastic asphalt (only indoors), gypsum block, plaster, render, gauged render, brickwork, old ceramic covering and smooth, wooden substrate able to bear weight such as particle boards, OSB boards etc., metal substrates (only indoors), firmly adhering PVC coverings.
- For all ceramic coverings: non-vitrified tiles, vitrified tiles, fully-vitrified tiles, porcelain mosaic, glass mosaic, glass tiles, brick tiles and terracotta.
- Especially suitable for laying glass tiles and glass mosaic.
- For laying tiles and flagstones on PCI PowerBoard HR foam supporting elements, PCI Polysilent impact sound insulation and isolating board as well as PCI Pecilastic isolating and waterproofing membrane.
- For laying tiles and flagstones on PCI Lastogum bonded waterproofing (e.g. private bathroom), PCI Seccoral (e.g. swimming pool and terrace) or PCI Apoflex (e.g. industrial kitchen).
- For repairing and leveling irregular wall surfaces and floor surfaces (e.g. brickwork, render, screed) before laying tiles and flagstones.
Product features
- With unique light filler combination and nanotechnology.
- High coverage due to the use of special additives and a unique filler combination.
- Creamy and workable mortar to be easily applied by trowel.
- Low shrinkage during the curing phase, mortar can be applied in a thin bed or medium bed up to a thickness of 10 mm.
- Non-sag properties, therefore easy and quick application.
- Flexible, compensates elongations of the substrate caused by variations in temperature.
- Low in chromates.
- Meets the requirements of
- the guideline "Flexible mortar" issued by Deutsche Bauchemie e.V. (German Construction Chemicals Industry)
- the classification C2TE S1 to DIN EN 12004
- the test principles to issue an official test certificate for bonded waterproofing in combination with PCI Lastogum, PCI Seccoral 1K, PCI Seccoral 2K Rapid and PCI Pecilastic W as well as (when blended with PCI Lastoflex) in combination with PCI Apoflex F/W.

This consumption calculation included in the program contains approximate values based on experiences which might considerably vary upwards and also downwards depending on the structure of substrate, type of tiles, different profiles on the reverse sides, type of tiling tools, work method a.o. Calculations are therefore not allowed to be based on these values. In case of larger projects we recommend to assess the consumption by making a trial surface. Applications in the combined method (buttering-floating) increase the consumption by approx. 20 to 25%. In case of powder products the data relate to the consumption of dry powder for easier calculation of the material requirement.
