Areas of application
PCI BT 28 is a high-quality solvent-based primer to improve adhesion of the self-adhesive cold-applied PCI BT 21 all-weather waterproofing membranes and strips as a system at low temperatures.
Outdoor application:
- on all absorbent, mineral substrates such as concrete, plaster, aerated concrete, sand-lime brickwork or brick masonry with flat-pointed joints
- on weather-worn bituminous substrates in need of repair

- Can be used down to –5 °C
- Suitable for dry or slightly damp, cold substrates
- Reinforces the bonding strength
- Rapid work progress even at low temperatures
