Refurbishment of floors for direct use
The floor repair products in the PCI Zemtec family are fast-setting, develop high strength, and are intended for direct use. Using these cement-based mortars, you can level irregular concrete and screed surfaces. Depending on the loads involved, you can either use the surfaces directly or seal them with an additional product.
Substrate preparation:
The substrate must be clean, firm, sound and free from any grease, old coatings or other residues.
1. Primer:
PCI Gisogrund 404: wash primer for absorbent and non-absorbent substrates. Apply two coats
2. Floor leveling:
PCI Zemtec 1K: Cement-based floor leveler for residential and commercial buildings, or alternatively PCI Zemtec 180: Flowable screed for direct use as bonded screed
3. Top sealing
PCI Zemtec Top: two-component aqueous polyurethane sealant for PCI Zemtec floors

Fast screed refurbishment

Thanks to the extremely short drying times and the fact that they can be covered soon after installation, they are precisely in line with the high demands posed by modern construction site organization.

1. Priming
PCI Repahaft: Mortar bonding slurry for bonded screeds and cement mortars
2. Non-sag screed
PCI Novoment M1 plus: Ready-mixed, fast-setting screed mortar for fast-curing cement screeds, or alternatively PCI Novoment Light: Ready-mixed, light screed mortar for cement screeds with low dead weight
Flowable screed
PCI Novoment Flow: Ready-mixed flowable screed for self leveling screeds on insulating and isolating layers

Refurbishment of garage and outdoor floors
Over the course of time, damage to non-sealed screeds or concrete floors is inevitable as a result of a number of factors including mechanical loads, vehicle traffic, heating and frost, moisture, deicing salt or oil deposits.
