Improved flow behavior: now even easier to pump

PCI Augsburg GmbH has further optimized the formulation of the tried-and-tested ready-mixed flowable screed mortar PCI Novoment Flow for self-leveling cement screeds. PCI Novoment Flow is now even easier to pump thanks to the better flow behavior. Craftspeople also benefit from the reduced effort involved in subsequent processing. The most important advantages - quick readiness for covering, quick setting and curing - are retained.
PCI has now further improved the formulation of the ready-mixed flowable screed mortar PCI Novoment Flow. The product is even more flowable and therefore even easier to pump thanks to the new formulation. Craftspeople can thus apply the screed more easily and quickly which means less subsequent processing - and thus a significant increase in efficiency: The effort of subsequent surface treatment (with a wobbling device) is also significantly reduced thanks to the better flow behavior.
PCI Novoment Flow still offers the well-proven advantages:
The self-compacting flow of the flowable screed PCI Novoment Flow enables a homogeneous closed surface. Curing with low shrinkage and warping prevents consequential damage such as hollow layers, concave arching or cracks in joints and tiles. The floor can be tiled after approx. one day, and can be walked on after approx. six hours. PCI Novoment Flow can be processed for about one hour despite the short curing time. Thus, the new flowable dry screed mortar PCI Novoment Flow enables a faster construction progress and is ideal for all floors that require fast readiness for covering. This includes bonded screeds on cementitious substrates as well as screeds on a separating or insulating layer in residential and non-residential buildings (also for large areas) and heated screeds.
“The time windows for the individual construction measures are getting shorter and shorter and the time pressure is constantly increasing. Craftspeople therefore want products that help them speed up the work. For this reason, we have improved the formulation of our tried-and-tested PCI Novoment Flow product so that the screed can be applied even more easily and quickly thanks to the optimized flow behavior,” says Stephan Tschernek, Head of Marketing PCI Group.
PCI Novoment Flow is insensitive to moisture and frost and can therefore be used both indoors and outdoors with layer thicknesses of 20 to 80 mm. The new ready-mixed flowable screed mortar is available in 25 kg bags and is very low in emissions according to GEV-EMICODE EC1 PLUS for healthy living.
