PCI Nanorapid – the world's first flexible tile adhesive using CSA technology
The first new product in the PCI Nano line with highly developed technology: sustainable fast-setting adhesive speeds up work processes and increases ease of use

With PCI Nanorapid, PCI Augsburg GmbH presents the world's first tile adhesive on the market that is produced using the new CSA technology for which a patent has been applied. Thanks to CSA technology, PCI Nanorapid offers craftsmen on the construction site completely new possibilities: long processing and correction times and fast setting times at the same time. Construction projects can thus be optimally planned, work processes can be accelerated and application convenience increased. At the same time, CSA technology significantly reduces the CO2 footprint of the new fast-setting tile adhesive.
Time is often the decisive factor on the construction site, especially for refurbishments and renovations during ongoing operations. The new fast-setting adhesive PCI Nanorapid for laying ceramic and natural stone floor coverings guarantees even more reliable planning and execution on the construction site.
Thanks to the patent-pending CSA technology, the new flexible tile adhesive combines the application convenience of a fast-setting adhesive with that of a normal-setting adhesive. It behaves almost the same regardless of ambient temperature, with long open time for installation without rushing and still fast curing time, so that grouting can be done after a short time the same day. The consistency of PCI Nanorapid can be variably adjusted - depending on the size and type of covering as thin-bed, fluid-bed or medium-bed adhesive. Adhesive bed thicknesses of 1-20 mm are possible.
In addition, PCI Nanorapid makes a major contribution to healthy and sustainable living. The fast-setting adhesive, which is certified as very low-emission according to GEV-EMICODE EC 1 PLUS, is dust-reduced, i.e. virtually no dust is generated during opening, pouring and mixing. Thanks to CSA technology, significantly less energy is consumed in the manufacturing process than with conventional products using Portland cement. The carbon footprint is thus significantly reduced.
